Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful use only

You may use AuraProxies only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply to you and to the sites and services you connect to. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your proxy credentials, including by anyone you share them with.

2. What is allowed

Typical permitted uses include collecting publicly available web data, price and ad verification, SEO and market research, testing how sites look in different countries, and managing accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

3. What is prohibited

You must not use the Service for:

• Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing and phishing
• Attacks: DDoS, brute forcing, vulnerability scanning or exploitation, or distributing malware
• Accessing accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Any material that sexually exploits or endangers minors
• Spam campaigns or mass unsolicited messaging of any kind
• Harassment, stalking, or collecting personal data without a lawful basis
• Reselling or sharing access to the Service without our written permission
• Anything that harms the Service, our network partners, or other customers

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and act without prior notice. Depending on severity, we may warn you, rate-limit or suspend your proxies, or close your account. If we close an account for violating this policy, the remaining balance is forfeited and no refund is given. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

5. Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity or explain your use case before allowing large purchases or after a report of abuse. Accounts that do not respond may be suspended.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse coming from our network, email [email protected] with the IP address, time (with time zone), and a description of what happened.
