1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuraProxies ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AuraProxies provides proxy networking services: per-GB residential, mobile and shared ISP plans, and unlimited residential and datacenter plans that run for a fixed period. Proxy traffic is carried by our upstream network partners. Service availability and features may change without notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account and proxy credentials. You must not share your account or proxy credentials with unauthorized parties. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your account without a refund.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You buy plans from your prepaid account balance. Unused data on a per-GB plan does not expire; unlimited plans end after their fixed period. Top-ups cannot be withdrawn, and any refund is credited to your account balance only, as set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. If your account is closed for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining balance is forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any guarantee of uptime or availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
